SSL Singapore always wants you to be completely satisfied. SSL Singapore includes a 30 day money back guarantee on SSL Certificate, GeoTrust, Symantec, Thawte, RapidSSL, Comodo and TrustWave products. SSL Singapore will cancel and refund orders and upon request from customers within 30 days. All cancellations/returns must be requested within 30 days of the original order date.

Every product submitted for cancellation/refund must be in a condition that is not being used, not installed and/or removed intentionally. SSL Singapore has the right to refuse cancellation/returns for orders that have been used, not those that have been un-installed and/or not deleted. We guarantee the quality of all our products with full replacement for a refund of all orders you make through our website. We will refund upon account holder’s request any time up to 30 days after purchase.
