SSL Singapore will cancel and refund orders and upon request from customers within 30 days. All cancellations/returns must be requested within 30 days of the original order date.

Every product submitted for cancellation/refund must be in a condition that is not being used, not installed and/or removed intentionally. SSL Singapore has the right to refuse cancellation/returns for orders that have been used, not those that have been un-installed and/or not deleted.
